Breathe Deeply,
Live Fully
Conscious Connected Breathwork
What if the most powerful tool for healing, stress, anxiety and transformation was something you already carry with you everywhere you go?
Your breath has been with you since the moment you arrived in this world and yet most of us have never been taught how to truly use it.
Conscious connected breathwork is a profound and transformative practice that goes far beyond relaxation. It works directly with your nervous system, your body and your subconscious mind to release what has been held, heal what has been hidden and reconnect you with the deepest, most authentic version of yourself.
This is not just breathing. This is coming home.

“The class was amazing! Kerry was so supportive and kind, and the actual practice of the breathwork is really like nothing I’ve experienced before. It felt incredibly healing and I’m going to be recommending it to all my friends and family”
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious connected breathwork is an active breathing practice in which the inhale and exhale are connected without pause, creating a continuous circular breath.
This rhythmic, intentional breathing pattern bypasses the thinking mind and accesses parts of the body and subconscious that talking therapies and conventional approaches often cannot reach.
It is safe. It is natural. And for many people it is one of the most powerful experiences of their lives.
What Can it Help With?
Conscious connected breathwork has been used to support:
Stress and anxiety By working directly with the nervous system, breathwork calms the fight or flight response and teaches the body a new way of being. A calmer, more regulated default that stays with you long after the session ends.
Trauma and emotional release Breathwork creates a safe container for stored emotions and unprocessed experiences to surface and move through the body. Many people find a sense of release and relief that they have been searching for in other places for years.
Grief and loss When words are not enough and the weight of grief feels impossible to carry, breath can go where nothing else can. Breathwork offers a gentle, powerful pathway through.
Burnout and exhaustion When you have been running on empty for too long, breathwork offers deep rest at a cellular level. Not the rest of sleep but the rest of genuine release.
Clarity and decision making When the mind is cluttered and the path forward feels unclear, breathwork cuts through the noise. Many people emerge from a session with a clarity and certainty they could not access before.
Self discovery and personal growth Breathwork has a way of showing you yourself. The parts you have been avoiding, the strengths you have forgotten and the truth you have been searching for. It is one of the most honest mirrors available to us.
Combat stress and PTSD For those who have served in the military or experienced significant trauma, breathwork offers a body based approach to healing that works alongside and beyond conventional therapies.
What Happens in a Session?
You will be guided into a conscious connected breath at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are held in a safe, supportive and deeply nurturing space, whether we are working one to one or in a small group.
During the breathwork you may experience the following:
A deep sense of calm and release.
Emotions rising and moving through.
Physical sensations such as tingling or warmth.
Profound insights or images.
A feeling of connection to something greater than yourself.
Or simply deep, restorative rest.
Every experience is unique and every experience is valid. Your personal experience is held with complete care and presence.
After the breathwork session we take time to integrate what has arisen, gently and without pressure, before you return to the world feeling lighter, clearer and more yourself.
Is Conscious Connected Breathwork Right for You?
Breathwork is suitable for most people and most life situations. However it may not be recommended for those with certain medical conditions including epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, severe psychiatric conditions or those who are pregnant. If you have any concerns please get in touch before booking and Kerry will be happy to talk it through with you.
