Breathwork isn’t just breathing

4 qualities of breath that will change the way you breathe forever

Your breath is a window into your inner world. It grounds you in the present and connects you to how you truly feel.

Did you know there are 4 qualities of the breath? 

1. Placement - where is the breath entering our body?

2. ⁠Time - how long is the breath?

3. ⁠Texture- is the breath shallow, ragged or smooth?

4. ⁠Intensity - how deep do we take the breath in?

The step to change is to notice. 

Find a quiet spot and listen to the exercise.

By recognising these 4 qualities in your breath you will start to become self-aware. Self-awareness enhances connection with your body, inner experience, and purpose. 

Repeat the exercise 6-8 times.
